What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including advertising, licensing, and employment agreements.
• Conduct legal reviews of digital platforms, specifically focusing on Terms & Conditions and privacy documentation.
• Monitor and implement PRC compliance, advertising regulations, and PIPL personal data protection standards.
• Provide legal advice to company-wide departments to facilitate efficient decision-making in the Chinese market.
• Manage local corporate governance and administrative legal matters for the company and its affiliates.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants and manage the internal contract approval and signing process.

Requirements

• University law degree and minimum of five years of experience as a legal counsel.
• Deep knowledge of PRC compliance, privacy laws (PIPL), and the advertising field.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Experience within the gaming industry is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to balance legal risks with actual business needs.
• Ability to work both cooperatively in a team and proactively as an individual.
