Location: Preferred to be based in Singapore; must be able to travel frequently to meet customers on-site and collaborate with the local team.

What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers to identify critical audio and voice AI pain points and use cases.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations to fit AI technology seamlessly into customer operations.
• Implement voice and audio AI solutions through prototyping and demo building.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into software products and AI models.
• Present technical proposals and results to stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-suite executives.
• Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact projects for strategic partners.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration.
• Multi-lingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong ability to summarize complex technical concepts and use logic for optimal solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering results on complex projects.
• Technical aptitude to quickly grasp voice and audio AI models and their applications.
