What you will do

• Design and implement developer APIs and runtimes for the core framework.
• Build and optimize execution graphs consisting of GPU and CPU computations to guarantee latency and reliability.
• Develop internal instrumentation and tools to improve system observability.
• Conduct system performance evaluations and perform full-system debugging.
• Design and automate testing for core components to accelerate validation loops.
• Produce clear design documents and advocate for simplicity and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with C++.
• 3+ years of experience in multi-threaded environments (processes, threads, timers, and interrupts).
• Strong understanding of Linux and OS fundamentals.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving system performance issues.
• Track record of designing and shipping complex systems from concept to production.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Python experience for scripting and tooling.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or other safety-critical systems.
• Experience implementing middleware systems, such as execution scheduling or transport layers.
• Experience working with large, complex codebases.
