TL;DR

Senior MLOps Engineer (AdTech): Designing and managing continuous training and deployment pipelines for high-traffic mobile advertising models with an accent on ultra-low-latency inference and ML observability. Focus on building robust ML platform infrastructure and optimizing model performance for 2bn+ daily requests.

Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany. Must be open to relocating to Hamburg.

What you will do

  • Design and manage continuous training (CT) and scheduling logic to keep models current as new data flows.
  • Build ML monitoring systems for data skew and distribution shifts to catch performance decay.
  • Wrap deep learning models into low-latency APIs and lead load testing for services handling 2bn+ daily requests.
  • Partner with the Infra team to architect a robust ML platform providing automated CPU/GPU cluster access.
  • Perform deep-dive resource profiling to guide efficiency and optimize model performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in MLOps or ML Engineering in high-traffic production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and serving frameworks such as Triton, ONNX Runtime, or TF Serving.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Kubeflow.
  • Expertise in tracking model drift and data quality using frameworks like Evidently.
  • Open to relocation to Hamburg, Germany.
