What you will do

• Apply electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit analysis and RC/RLC/AC analysis, to power integrity challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hardware design, validation, and product development.
• Use industry-standard tools such as Sigrity PowerSI, PowerDC, HSpice, Matlab, and HFSS.
• Participate in technical reviews and brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement in emerging technologies.
• Document project results, lessons learned, and strategic recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

• Enrollment in or graduation from a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (resume must be submitted in English).
• Knowledge of product development practices and electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation software such as Sigrity PowerSI, PowerDC, HSpice, Matlab, or HFSS.
• Knowledge of PCB design and circuit simulators.
