What you will do

• Lead and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems to ensure operational continuity.
• Deploy corporate HSE standards and manage the investigation and closure of accidents and near misses.
• Promote proactive safety programs including BBS, DDS, Safety Walks, and H-FACS.
• Ensure full compliance with local HSE regulations and manage official inspections.
• Define and monitor critical HSE KPIs and report performance to LATAM and Corporate leadership.
• Develop and execute annual HSE training plans and lead emergency response drills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Specialization in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental management.
• 10+ years of experience in HSE leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• English: Advanced or professional proficiency required.
