What you will do

• Diagnose and solve complex 3rd line hardware and software issues for HMI product lines.
• Develop and maintain Best Known Method (BKM) documentation for troubleshooting.
• Partner with R&D projects to improve overall system performance.
• Conduct equipment installation and transfer technical knowledge to Field Service Engineers.
• Manage and support new upgrades and commercial options for existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience diagnosing HMI or similar capital equipment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (including Netherlands, Taiwan, and US).
• Must be based in San Jose, CA, US.
