Golang Developer (AWS)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Implement backend features using Go, including REST/JSON APIs, business logic, and database integration.
• Develop and deploy AWS Lambda functions, and configure API Gateway routes and IAM policies.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and develop Infrastructure-as-Code modules using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Integrate OAuth2/OIDC for role-based authorization and manage safe releases using AWS AppConfig feature flags.
• Monitor production services using CloudWatch and conduct incident analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and idiomatic design.
• Practical experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, RDS (PostgreSQL or MySQL), S3, CloudFront, AppConfig, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with containerized local development using Docker.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Basic working knowledge of Python or TypeScript.
• Scripting skills in Bash.
• German language proficiency.
