What you will do
- Design and implement scalable microservices using C# and .NET Core within an AWS cloud-first environment.
- Translate complex product requirements into robust technical designs and architectural decisions.
- Develop secure and resilient backend services while ensuring strong automated testing via the test pyramid.
- Lead research and technical planning for complex initiatives and troubleshoot production issues in distributed systems.
- Mentor fellow engineers and perform code reviews to elevate overall engineering standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, UX Designers, and UI Engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core, and a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database design (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora) and familiarity with DynamoDB.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working in distributed, global teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-complexity, high-volume SaaS platforms.
- Background in AI-driven SaaS, enterprise B2B platforms, or HR Tech.
- Expertise in operational monitoring and observability.
- Experience defining engineering standards and architectural patterns.
