TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design, build, and launch new features across backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Implement scalable and resilient services using .NET, SQL Server, message brokers, gRPC, and DAPR.
  • Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture patterns to model complex business domains.
  • Utilize GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) across the development lifecycle for code generation, refactoring, and debugging.
  • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and API tests, leveraging generative tools to expand coverage.
  • Evaluate AI-generated output critically for correctness, performance, security, and architectural fit.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with C# as the primary language.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Framework, SOLID/DRY principles, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microservices, gRPC, OAuth 2.0, and DAPR.
  • Solid DevOps practices including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • B2+ proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated daily use of GenAI tools in real-world delivery work.

Nice to have

  • Observability practices and OpenTelemetry experience.
  • Deep experience in performance profiling and optimization (BenchmarkDotNet, dotTrace, PerfView).
  • Practical mastery of concurrency and high-throughput patterns (lock-free data structures, thread pool tuning).
  • Experience designing multi-tier caching strategies using Redis, in-memory, or CDN.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and NoSQL databases.
