Focus on automating workflows with AI tools, conducting exploratory data analysis, and translating complex technical findings into actionable business insights.

Location: Hybrid (Espoo/Helsinki, Finland). Must be based in or be able to relocate to Finland. The role must be performed from within Europe for GDPR and contractual reasons.

Salary: €4,200–5,000 per month

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to solve business problems using data and modelling.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify issues and opportunities in customer data.
• Onboard new customers by configuring models and setting up data pipelines.
• Validate results and forecasts to ensure high-quality outputs before delivery.
• Automate delivery workflows and reduce manual effort using modern AI tools.
• Collaborate with other Data Scientists to refine Bayesian time-series models.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Data Scientist or Analytics Consultant working with business data.
• Hands-on technical proficiency in Python and common data tools.
• Strong communication skills in English for explaining complex topics to stakeholders.
• Based in the Helsinki/Espoo region or willing to relocate to Finland.
• Must be able to work from within Europe (GDPR/contractual requirement).
