What you will do

• Build and extend AI agents and multi-agent systems for retrieving, reasoning over, and surfacing insights from complex datasets
• Design and implement RAG pipelines to make large-scale data accessible to LLMs despite context window limits
• Build and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows across various data domains and formats
• Work with databases like ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch for schema design, queries, and integrations
• Develop backend microservices using FastAPI in an event-driven architecture
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on decisions and implementation

Requirements

• Solid Python foundation from projects, personal work, or internships with focus on clean, maintainable code
• Exposure to data or backend work like pipelines, databases, or APIs
• Awareness of web backend concepts and APIs; curiosity about event-driven systems
• Interest in AI agents, RAG, and LLMs including context window challenges
• Product mindset, eagerness to learn, and care for code quality
• Genuine interest in AI-augmented development tools

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch
• Vector databases or embedding-based search like pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate
• LLM APIs and agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
• Orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, Dagster
