What you will do
- Prepare, review, and manage standard contracts such as NDAs and service agreements.
- Support the setup of new entities and maintain corporate records across various jurisdictions.
- Handle regulatory filings and track compliance deadlines with local authorities.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors, notaries, and consultants to support corporate activities.
- Support the opening and maintenance of corporate bank accounts and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to Legal and Finance teams regarding invoices, payments, and audits.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in legal or corporate administration.
- Basic understanding of contracts and corporate processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus for the hybrid work model.
