What you will do

  • Develop and own the payment product roadmap across various payment flows and method coverage.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle for payment integrations, from discovery and scoping to launch and optimization.
  • Drive primary KPIs including payment conversion and approval rates through data-driven initiatives.
  • Design and execute A/B tests on checkout UX and payment method ordering.
  • Manage relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and alternative payment providers.
  • Analyze decline reasons and implement smart routing and retry logic to reduce false declines.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management specifically focused on payments.
  • Deep knowledge of card schemes, acquirers, PSPs, 3DS2/SCA, and MCC codes.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-provider setups, smart routing, and cascading.
  • Proficiency in fraud and chargeback management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Amplitude or similar funnel analysis tools.
  • Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the CS2 ecosystem.
  • Previous experience as a Payment Manager.
