What you will do

• Plan, lead, and actively contribute to the development of web and mobile applications in an agile environment.
• Take ownership of the entire system architecture and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to strategic and architectural decisions to support the growth of member and client services.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members to ensure best practices.
• Identify and implement ways to improve system robustness, resilience, and stability.

Requirements

• Experience in full stack development using JavaScript, .NET Core, Node.js, and Web API.
• Commercial experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience working with CMS systems and databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, or MSSQL.
• Proficiency with frontend technologies including React, Vue, Angular, or MVC.
• Demonstrated ability to architect web solutions and introduce new technologies into existing processes.
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Agile processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Mesos, or Marathon container orchestration.
• Knowledge of building CI/CD frameworks and build pipelines.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Jamstack, or other AWS/Azure services.
• Experience with PHP (WordPress) or mobile app development frameworks.
• Familiarity with ReactJS component libraries.
