Finance & Strategy, GTM (Strategic Finance/GTM): Partnering with sales teams to provide financial expertise and guidance for strategic decision-making with an accent on revenue goals, sales capacity planning, and deal desk management. Location: Hybrid (Singapore). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to GTM stakeholders on financial strategies and resource allocation.
• Build financial models and drive analysis for revenue goals, sales capacity planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver concise financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting teams to align GTM activities with company-wide financial strategies.
• Establish and implement reporting dashboards to track key operational and financial metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance, GTM finance, private equity, VC, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to maintain complex financial operating models.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance audiences.
• Proven track record of driving operational outcomes under tight timelines.
• Must be based in Singapore or eligible to work there (Hybrid).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, PE, VC, or investment banking.
• Experience with consumption-based or complex business models.
• Expertise in GTM Finance Business Partnership and deal-desk management.
• Professional background in AI, ML, or related technologies.
