What you will do
- Lead the design and application of implementation science theories, models, and frameworks across research projects and partnerships.
- Develop and execute knowledge mobilization strategies, producing evidence summaries, policy briefs, and toolkits for diverse audiences.
- Build and steward strategic partnerships with government ministries, health authorities, school districts, and non-profit organizations.
- Create training modules and workshops to build IS/KMb capacity among researchers, trainees, and collaborators.
- Collaborate with principal investigators to develop implementation science components and impact narratives for grant applications (e.g., CIHR).
- Manage budgets and timelines associated with knowledge mobilization activities across funded projects.
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree with 4+ years of experience, or an undergraduate degree with 6+ years of related experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience applying implementation science frameworks (such as CFIR, RE-AIM, or the Knowledge-to-Action Cycle).
- Proven experience in knowledge mobilization planning, co-design facilitation, and community engagement.
- Experience working in a university or academic health research setting; familiarity with the Canadian funding landscape is a strong asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate scientific information for non-specialist audiences.
- Commitment to enhancing awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

- Experience supporting community-engaged research with Indigenous communities using culturally safe practices.
- Strong track record of contributing to successful peer-reviewed grant applications.
- Advanced facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder events.
