What you will do

• Operate, support, and enhance a cloud-based platform running on Microsoft Azure.
• Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, focusing on stability, performance, and scalability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application issues in production.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams using Agile / SCRUM methodologies.
• Support the cloud delivery of .NET desktop applications in virtualized environments.
• Contribute to operational excellence through automation, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in Cloud Operations or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with or understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Familiarity with .NET desktop application development and behavior in hosted/cloud environments.
• Experience working in Agile / SCRUM teams.
