What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain the core framework for hirify.global’s coding agents
• Develop scalable, secure, and isolated runtime environments for agents in complex enterprise settings
• Collaborate with research and product teams to prototype, develop, and evaluate new agent capabilities
• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and developer experience of the platform

Requirements

• Solid understanding of AI agents or strong interest in developing expertise
• Strong programming skills in Go, C, C++, or Python (open to polyglot engineers)

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale distributed data systems
• Familiarity with container runtimes, microVMs, or sandboxing systems
