What you will do

• Ship full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Pythonic backends to deliver measurable product impact.
• Develop and optimize LLM-driven services for AI-powered learning experiences.
• Architect and implement agentic workflows and custom tooling to improve engineering velocity.
• Conduct substantive code reviews and provide high-level architectural feedback.
• Act as a first responder for production issues, performing triage and root cause analysis.
• Translate product requirements into technical approaches and communicate the reasoning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong full-stack proficiency in modern React/TypeScript and typed or Pythonic backends.
• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems from conception to production.
• Active daily experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.
• Excellent asynchronous written communication skills for PRs, Slack, and specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic developer tooling, including MCP servers, custom agents, or eval harnesses.
• Background in rich text editing, document collaboration, or LLM-backed product features.
