What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations of enterprise and data center networks using established runbooks.
• Implement and validate network changes and new designs in production environments.
• Perform periodic maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, resource patching, and network health audits.
• Monitor intake channels and troubleshoot connectivity issues, escalating to senior engineers when necessary.
• Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to learn infrastructure standards and explore new network technologies.

Requirements

• Professional experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or a related technical role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Arista ACE Level 1, or AWS foundational.
• Basic knowledge of routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, subnets, ACLs, NAT).
• Exposure to public or hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language such as Python, Go, or PowerShell.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud networking components like VPCs, security groups, and load balancers.
• Exposure to observability tools such as NetFlow, SNMP, Datadog, or Logic Monitor.
• Knowledge of network automation tools including Terraform and Ansible.
