What you will do

• Design and oversee the implementation of scalable data models and schemas.
• Synthesize complex analyses into compelling narratives for leadership decision-making.
• Identify and scope high-value analytical projects to improve core business metrics.
• Lead the design and analysis of complex A/B and multivariate tests.
• Standardize analytical workflows, including SQL coding standards and reporting automation.
• Act as a technical lead and mentor for Associate and Mid-level analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Mastery of SQL, including window functions and performance tuning.
• Deep proficiency in Python for statistical modeling and automation.
• Proven track record of building executive-grade dashboard ecosystems in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Expert knowledge of probability, regression modeling, and causal inference.
• Must be available during 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Vietnam time), Monday to Friday.

Nice to have

• Experience with eCommerce and Shopify.
• Experience with modern data stack tools like dbt.
