Requirements

• Senior HR generalist experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER practice.
• Confidence and judgment in handling sensitive, high-risk people matters.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and people-centered approach.
• Experience partnering with operational or production-led teams in delivery-driven environments.
