Location: Brisbane, Australia (Hybrid). Must have valid country-specific work rights; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and support a geographically dispersed People and Culture advisory team across Australia and the Pacific.
  • Partner with managers and senior leaders to navigate people challenges and organizational change.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and people risk.
  • Contribute to program-wide initiatives focused on people, culture, and continuous system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, hirify.global policies, and DFAT requirements.
  • Champion the program's PROUD values and lead engagement and culture-building activities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in HR/People & Culture advisory roles.
  • Proven experience coaching managers or guiding junior HR practitioners.
  • Experience working within multi-country or project-based environments.
  • Valid country-specific work rights (essential).
  • Strong interest in international development and ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Collaborative and values-driven leadership style with sound professional judgement.
