What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle, matching customer needs with product capabilities.
• Develop technical content for complex RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, building reusable strategic templates.
• Bridge the gap between client use cases and product features, providing feedback to Product Management.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting technical robustness and roadmap alignment.
• Train sales teams on product updates and create enablement assets like battlecards and playbooks.
• Represent the company at industry forums, webinars, and events to build brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical support, preferably with B2B industrial hardware.
• Deep technical knowledge of terminals, kiosk systems, electronic payments, databases, and AI.
• Professional fluency in English (C1) and German (C1).
• Ability and willingness to travel for the job.
• Must be based in Kiel, Germany.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
