What you will do

• Develop, implement, and deliver scalable Agentic AI services, including Agents, AI Copilots, Chatbots, and RAG solutions.
• Lead the design and quality strategy for scalable data services empowering enterprises.
• Drive long-term design strategies and present technical reports at industry events and to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX experts.
• Implement an AI Trust Layer to ensure security and auto-block threats like prompt injection.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide domain expertise to ensure features meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building highly scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications or platforms.
• Deep foundational expertise in Model Architectures and AI Systems orchestration for large-scale production.
• Proficiency in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, multithreading, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong coding proficiency in Java or Python and Object-Oriented design.
• Advanced experience in Context Engineering and building RAG solutions for high-quality AI experiences.
• Experience with evaluation-led benchmarking (NFRs, SLIs, SLOs) for AI/ML systems.

Nice to have

• Expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines and real-time data systems for AI products.
• Familiarity with PySpark for large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and service ownership.
