What you will do

• Drive the deployment and expansion of the Sit(x) product to enhance real-time situational awareness.
• Act as a strategic leader to help clients integrate live data sources and improve operational visibility.
• Liaise effectively between technical developers and end-users in tactical environments.
• Optimize technical solutions to meet real-world operational needs for federal clients.
• Address complex challenges related to digital Command and Control (C2) systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in operational or tactical environments.
• Experience with technology adoption in tactical domains.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to collaborate with military, defense contractors, or operational organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Special Operations or multi-domain operations.
• Knowledge of sensor-to-shooter kill chain concepts and digital fires integration.
• Experience leading or managing teams in high-tempo operational environments.
• Experience with Fires C2 or Fire Direction systems.
