What you will do

• Lead pre-deployment validation and produce model cards for AI/LLM tools
• Build LLM evaluation datasets, run red-teams, and assess RAG fidelity
• Administer clinical AI governance regarding ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Train clinicians to oversee AI tools and create SOPs for LLM use
• Support clinical QA and URAC/NCQA-aligned quality operations
• Analyze clinical quality performance data to optimize member experience and cost efficiency

Requirements

• MD/DO with active, unrestricted license
• 3+ years of clinical practice and 2+ years in quality, patient safety, or clinical operations
• Experience with clinical review of LLM outputs, red-teaming, and prompt testing
• Expertise in QI/patient safety methodologies (PDSA, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA, CAPA)
• Working knowledge of URAC, NCQA, and CMS standards
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience building and iterating clinical AI agents
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or basic SQL
• Experience in virtual care and enterprise audits
