Principal Cloud Architect (GCP/AWS): Leading the design and implementation of enterprise cloud strategies to enable digital transformation and GenAI capabilities with an accent on Cloud Native solutions, infrastructure optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on increasing migration velocity through DevOps and IaC, ensuring high availability/disaster recovery, and implementing cost optimization strategies.

What you will do

• Plan and implement enterprise Cloud Programs to drive digital transformation and M&A execution.
• Promote modernization and increase the adoption of cloud services across Strategic Business Units.
• Accelerate cloud migration velocity by implementing DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated release processes.
• Collaborate with security organizations to maintain a strong security posture for cloud services and data.
• Design and implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for critical services.
• Identify and execute cost optimization strategies to maximize public cloud ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• 7+ years of hands-on public cloud experience with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of specific experience with GCP in highly distributed, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in one or more of: Python, GoLang, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Experience with Docker, GKE, and Serverless technologies (Cloud Run, Lambda).
• Deep knowledge of GCP and AWS networking services (VPC, Direct Connect, PrivateLink, etc.).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Generative AI and AI/ML tools and techniques.
• Proven experience as a change agent capable of driving new commercial thinking across an organization.
