What you will do

• Design and oversee distributed systems architectures focusing on resilience, low latency, and global scalability.
• Act as a strategic bridge between client demands and technical feasibility to ensure immediate business value.
• Translate complex financial models and business needs into structured technical roadmaps.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation within Linux/AWS environments.
• Mentor engineering teams on technical trade-offs and persuasive communication with non-technical business leaders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technical leadership, crisis management, and technical negotiations with key clients.
• Advanced expertise in high-performance backend programming languages and ecosystems.
• Deep proficiency in AWS services including Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, and S3, with a focus on FinOps.
• Hands-on experience with containerization, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong strategic negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
