Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage multi-release roadmaps for live games, adhering to budgets, schedules, and quality targets.
• Create and secure client approval for release milestone schedules and new features.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to maintain strong external client relationships.
• Adapt development plans rapidly to changing requirements and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating solutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior production staff and oversee project management documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Live Ops Producer in PC and mobile games.
• Proven track record with at least 2 shipped titles in a producer role.
• Proficiency in project management and agile development using tools like Jira.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with strong expectation management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and proactive prioritization skills.
