What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse recovery.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with thorough documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and manage intake and readmission procedures.
• Collaborate with community providers to coordinate patient care and make appropriate referrals.
• Deliver Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) services.
• Assist in launching new programs and provide in-service training to team members.

Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Licensure: Must hold valid counseling credentials per state regulations (CRADC, PLPC, LPC, or LCSW).
• Experience in behavioral health and familiarity with rehabilitation processes.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and respond effectively in high-stress situations.
• Compliance with federal and state licensure and certification requirements.
