What you will do

• Perform detailed process safety calculations and chemical reaction hazard evaluations.
• Lead and participate in Process Hazard Analysis, including HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA reviews.
• Prepare Seveso III and comprehensive safety reports.
• Develop and maintain Safety Management Systems and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Conduct toxic dispersion, fire, and explosion modelling.
• Perform safety audits and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Practical experience in process design and plant operations.
• Expertise in process safety engineering and management.
• Knowledge of ATEX and DSEAR regulations.
• Ability to work onsite in Northumberland, United Kingdom.
