Principal Clinical Scientist (MCED): Leading the execution of clinical development for multi-cancer early detection programs with an accent on study design, clinical data review, and scientific insights. Salary: $187,800 – $234,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead substantial aspects of MCED clinical studies, driving design, objectives, endpoints, and eligibility criteria.
• Author and review critical study documents including protocols, ICFs, and CRFs.
• Conduct medical and clinical data reviews to ensure integrity and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional study teams, aligning stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs.
• Oversee enrollment, site performance, and key study metrics to proactively mitigate risks.
• Develop scientific narratives for abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts for external evidence generation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent); MS/RN with significant experience may be considered.
• 8–12 years of experience in clinical research or clinical science.
• Strong track record of leading clinical studies and contributing to study design.
• Proven expertise in clinical data review and interpretation.

• Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or early cancer detection.
• Experience managing multiple studies or programs simultaneously.
