TL;DR

System Integration Specialist (Robotics/Python): Leading the deployment and integration of turnkey automation and robotics solutions with an accent on hardware/software integration and project execution. Focus on programming robotic applications using Python, commissioning site-specific installations, and optimizing end-to-end delivery processes.

Location: Hybrid in Montreal, Canada (split between Lachine and St Henri offices). Travel (25%) between Canada and the United States is required.

What you will do

  • Lead the deployment and integration of turnkey automation and robotics solutions for clients.
  • Program automated cells and robotic applications utilizing Python and hirify.global's programming interface.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and commission turnkey projects at client sites.
  • Manage project execution and drive communications to ensure on-time delivery to specifications.
  • Provide technical feedback to Product, Applications, and Sales teams to drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and improvement roadmaps for the end-to-end delivery process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in automation or robotics engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Must be based in Montreal to split time between Lachine and St Henri offices.
  • Ability to travel (25%) between Canada and the United States.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
