What you will do

• Plan and coordinate logistics support for military exercises, training events, and operational activities.
• Translate operational requirements into detailed logistics plans, schedules, and support arrangements.
• Coordinate the supply, distribution, and replenishment of equipment, vehicles, and associated services.
• Manage medical and ambulance support requirements, including risk escalation and coverage.
• Oversee ammunition forecasting, record keeping, and strict compliance with operational procedures.
• Act as a primary liaison between military personnel, contractors, and internal support teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply support, or transport coordination.
• Experience within defense, government, or contractor-led environments.
• Strong track record of coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex operational environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate planning documentation.
• Comfortable working in a civilian capacity supporting military activities.
