What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Lead RFQ and tender processes and manage supplier negotiations.
• Select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and performance.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and manage contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with engineering and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management and Procurement.
• 7-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Proven capability in sourcing, contracting, and managing procurement processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
