What you will do

• Coordinate staffing, flight clearance, logistics, and maintenance for operational, ground, and flight testing activities.
• Gather, maintain, and report operations performance data to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Manage Pilot and Technician training records for quality assurance and monitoring.
• Monitor and report the status of Ground Control Systems to ensure maximum operational availability.
• Plan operations staff allocation to assist in the compilation and promulgation of Operations Plans.
• Coordinate and load operating area maps for Senior Operations Officers and PICs.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Technical College or UAE AF Air college graduate.
• Civilian or military manned/unmanned aviation Flight Crew license (fixed/rotary wing).
• Valid Radio Communication license.
• Prior Air Force or aviation-related experience as a flight crew member is recommended.
