What you will do

• Manage day-to-day customer experience and consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Support Sales Representatives in coordinating sales and customer-related activities.
• Coordinate with Global Sales, Supply Chain, Export, and Production teams to meet deadlines.
• Provide clear and timely status and delivery updates to a global customer base.
• Manage complex orders and repairs through internal ERP systems.
• Organize shipments and ensure all export documentation is complete and received on time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an office administrator or customer service role.
• Experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Colchester office.
• Must be able to meet BPSS level pre-employment screening criteria.

• Experience with export processes.
• Experience with import clearance processes.
