What you will do

• Analyze and curate large clinical datasets to inform internal reports, external presentations, manuscripts, and publications.
• Develop data-driven models for disease and outcome trends, value propositions, and assay clinical utility.
• Support the design and execution of clinical studies, including clinical endpoint design and EDC builds.
• Build systems and tools for post-implementation data analysis to support customer quality improvement.
• Develop statistical models using clinical and biological data to inform future clinical trial designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights into emergency department clinical workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, bioengineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of medical device experience working with clinical data and complex diseases.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scikit-learn) and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of statistics (t-tests, survival analysis, regressions) for scientific publications.
• Experience in designing research studies and interpreting complex clinical data.
• Ability to function as an individual contributor in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Deep professional background in statistics.
