What you will do

• Review client account opening requests for corporate structures, including trusts, collective investment schemes, and financial institutions.
• Ensure adherence to AML/CTF (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA), Sanctions, and CDB standards.
• Manage tax compliance aspects, specifically FATCA and CRS.
• Prepare and file client documentation for complex and high-risk cases.
• Draft specific compliance memos and regulatory notes.
• Support Front line and management while participating in key regulatory projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the financial industry (Big Four or banking environment).
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Strong knowledge of banking documentation.
• Analytical and methodical approach with the ability to multitask under pressure.
