What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Research, prototype, and work closely with product architects to refine technical solutions.
• Apply best design and coding practices to develop high-quality components.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Engage in 3-month rough planning and define iteration (sprint) goals.
• Continuously improve team processes and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in .Net, C#, JS, TS, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with performance optimization and analytics.
• Knowledge of LLM fundamentals and AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of the software development process, including estimation and development flow.
• Must be eligible to work in Poland.
