What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed training plans and operational schedules across all program phases and streams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure training is executed as planned and resolve issues in real time.
• Coordinate integrated delivery across physical training, field training, marksmanship, and specialist streams.
• Manage the allocation and utilization of instructors, facilities, equipment, and support services.
• Act as the primary interface between Chief Instructors, program leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation actions to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in training operations, program delivery, or operational planning within a structured environment.
• Proven leadership and team management capability.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing complex, multi-stream activity.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and instructional teams.
