Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the bank, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage project planning, execution, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate effectively with business units, IT, operations, and vendors to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and internal governance practices.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines, providing clear reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management.
- Strong domain knowledge in project management and finance management.
- Experience working with UAE banks is essential.
- Proven leadership skills in managing transformation and delivery programs.
- Relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
