What you will do

• Review Delivery Notes (DN) and Goods Receipts (GR) from depots for accuracy.
• Validate completeness and pricing of billing documents before processing.
• Monitor pending Sales Orders and billing status using SAP.
• Perform billing simulations and execute transactions according to assigned cycles.
• Prepare, register, and distribute invoices, credit notes, and customer receipts.
• Process tax invoices via the DJP system and resolve customer billing complaints.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be willing to be placed in DC Lampung.
