What you will do

• Act as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).
• Lead annual audits and ad-hoc regulatory reviews, coordinating efforts across cybersecurity and IT.
• Take ownership of the implementation and maintenance of the SOC 2 standard.
• Translate dense requirements from regulators and financial authorities into plain English and actionable tasks.
• Provide support for international regulations and standards including SOX, DORA, PCI DSS, and ISO.
• Monitor new BACEN circulars and regulations to ensure the company adapts proactively.

Requirements

• Must reside within Brazil to fulfill local response requirements for BACEN.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and oral) is mandatory.
• Proven experience with SOC 2 implementation.
• Basic knowledge of international frameworks (SOX, DORA) and standards (PCI DSS, ISO).
• Ability to navigate complex corporate landscapes and align technical, financial, and operational teams.
• Comfort using LLMs to automate administrative governance tasks.
