What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of organic social media strategy, including content planning and editorial calendars.
- Create platform-specific copy and creative concepts from ideation through production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
- Leverage trends, insights, and cultural moments to produce high-performing content.
- Support community engagement by monitoring and responding to audience interactions.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify top-performing organic content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional social media experience focused on organic, brand-led content.
- Expertise in social platforms, audience behavior, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and humor-driven copywriting skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Work authorization required (Sponsorship not available).
