What you will do

• Track and manage compliance within land agreements and verify that all requirements are documented and implemented.
• Process legal agreements, deliverables, and related payments.
• Obtain preliminary title reports and record memorandum of agreements with county recorders.
• Support vendor setup processes for new project partners.
• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and cash forecasting.
• Manage real property tax payments throughout project development and construction.

Requirements

• Must be based in or authorized to work in Richmond, VA, US.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to review and understand legal agreements with confidence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines.
