What you will do

• Manage production-grade AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Maintain Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, autoscaling, and ingress.
• Handle cross-service communication using Kafka, SQS, or PubSub.
• Set up observability and alerting using Grafana, Prometheus, and log aggregation tools.
• Improve CI/CD workflows through GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with developers on environment setup and debugging sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of AWS networking, IAM, ALB/NLB, and VPC routing.
• Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure modularization.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including Helm and security contexts.
• Proficiency with observability tooling and alerting practices.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM)

Nice to have

• Exposure to Crossplane, service mesh (Istio), or Temporal.
• Experience in developer-facing platform teams.
• Experience setting up internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure.
