Salary: $1,600 - $1,900 per month

What you will do

• Produce high-production long-form videos (10–30 mins) for YouTube and the website.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form reels, TikToks, and social posts to maximize reach.
• Create and manage a comprehensive monthly social media content calendar.
• Ensure all digital content reflects a professional, authoritative voice suitable for family law.
• Experiment with AI tools and avatars to improve onboarding and training processes.
• Coordinate and track creative inputs from the founder to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor and Social Media Specialist.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar high-end video editing software.
• Proven understanding of content strategy and asset repurposing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple creative projects and maintain organization.
